Refund policy

All ready-to-wear orders have a 30 day return policy. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. They must not have been worn, altered or washed. There must be no stains or signs of wear including having all of the labels still attached.

Where they have been provided, any dust bags, garment bags or other must be included in the return for it to be completed.

Please note, all refunds may take up to 10 working days to process from the date received.

We do not offer any refunds on our made-to-order pieces. Please contact studio@vidoulondon.com if you find there to be a fault with your item or it has been damaged during delivery.

We do not offer any exchanges; all products must be returned and rebought if necessary.

Should you be out of our 30-day window or have worn your item and find yourself wanting to rid yourself of it, we recommend giving it to a friend or family member so as to share the magic and extend the life story of your piece. If this is not an option, we offer the possibility of sending it back to us at Vidou for a 10% discount on your next purchase.

We do not offer paid return postage at this time. We apologise for the inconvenience.
