YOUR VIDOU ORDER

All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail. We offer their standard and next day delivery services for all of our ready-to-wear pieces.

We aim to deliver our made-to-order pieces as soon as possible but bear in mind that our lead times may vary as they are all carefully handmade. Lead times may be extended due to volume of orders or national holidays. We will always keep you up to date with the progress of your order and make every effort to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We urge that you double check your delivery address to ensure it is correct before placing your order. It is responsibility of the customer to verify the information provided to allow our third-party couriers to deliver your parcel to the intended destination. For orders that do not do so, as a result of incorrect information received, the charges incurred to rectify the incorrect delivery or loss of items will be the responsibility of the customer.

ITEM DESCRIPTIONS

We take care to match our photos and descriptions to all of our products to make sure they are accurately represented. However, due to variations in technology and screens, this may not always be the case, and we cannot promise the colour you see will be a true match to the product being sold. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our pieces made with natural fibres will vary piece to piece as they are handmade and carry the inconsistency of the human touch. We cherish the humanity and consider this a mark of beauty not an issue. We will not be accepting this as a reason for return. 

We do not pattern match our pieces so as to keep them as unique as possible. This also means less wastage on the cutting room floor. For those in the film industry that need repeats, we apologise. Please contact us at pr@vidoulondon.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS – IMPORT DUTIES & TAX

Delivery and shipment information will be provided when the order is placed. Final delivery costs will be estimated at checkout. These may be subject to import duty at customs depending on the country of delivery. The charges incurred will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend researching before placing your order to confirm what tax and duty may be applicable.

Because of current policies and tariffs incurred, we do not ship to the United States at this time. We apologies for the inconvenience.
